Please register your return and ship it back within 30 days of delivery.
- Open your Anneday account using the email address used at checkout and find the order.
- Choose Return, select the items and submit the return request.
- Follow the return instructions and include the return form in the parcel. Use the address on that form.
- Pack the items carefully and send the parcel using your preferred carrier. Keep the return tracking receipt.
For a regular return, items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at your own expense.
Sale items are returned for store credit only. Eligible non-sale returns are refunded according to the original payment method.
Once we receive the return, we check and process it within 2–3 business days. Your payment provider may need additional time to show a refund.
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us through our website support chat before sending anything back. Our team will review the issue separately.
