If your order isn’t showing in your account, make sure you’re signing in with the email address you used at checkout. An order placed with a different email address may not appear in the account you’re currently using.
Open your Anneday account, find the order and look for the Return option. Follow the steps to register the items you want to return and receive the return form and instructions.
If the order, Return option or form still isn’t available, contact us through the support chat. Tell us what happens when you try, and include a screenshot of the error if you can. Our team will check it for you.
If an item arrived damaged, faulty or incomplete, contact us before sending it back so we can review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
