Next Day Delivery: All orders placed before 16:00 p.m. are processed and handed to the courier the same day. While we strive to ensure next-day delivery, please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Delays may occur due to high order volume or courier delays.
Address Changes: Once an order is placed, changes to the address cannot be made. If there's a typo in the street name, rest assured the shipping company will automatically adjust it. For other errors, please cancel and place the order again
Delivery Time Selection: We currently do not offer the option to select a specific date or time for your order's delivery. We process and ship orders promptly to ensure quick delivery.
Not Received Your Order?: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, please check its tracking. For parcels stuck in sorting for several days or listed as delivered but not received, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Missed Delivery: If you're not home during delivery, smaller parcels might be placed in your mailbox. For larger items, the courier will leave a note regarding the parcel's location, whether it was left with a neighbor or at a service point.
Pre-orders: Items available for pre-order will be delivered based on the date mentioned in the product description. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, a partial delivery might be initiated. The return period for pre-orders starts once you receive the product.
Return Policy: If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return:
- Email email@example.com or chat with us providing your order number and items you wish to return.
- You'll receive an email with further return instructions.
- Drop off your package at a PostNL dropoff point. Return postage costs are borne by the customer.
Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are eligible for return, but will be refunded with store credit instead of the original payment method.
Late Returns: Returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
Return Processing: Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund. You'll receive an email confirmation within 2 weeks of us receiving your return. The refund will be processed to the original payment method (unless it's a sale item) and should reflect in your account within 5-10 days.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order on anneday.nl.
