Order and Address Changes:

You can change your order details yourself within 1 hour after placing it.

Adjustments can be made directly through:

  • your Anneday account, or

  • the order confirmation page (the page shown right after checkout and in your confirmation email).

After this 1-hour window, your order is automatically processed and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

How to track your package 

  1. Locate your track-and-trace code
    You can find this in your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation.

  2. Track your package online
    Enter your track-and-trace code on Ship24, PostNL, and the local postal service in your country.
    Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, the local carrier usually provides the most accurate updates.

  3. Check the tracking regularly
    Tracking updates are not always automatic, so please make sure to check your track-and-trace code yourself from time to time.

  4. Contact the postal service first if you have questions
    For the most up-to-date information about your delivery, we recommend contacting the local postal service directly.

  5. Allow for delivery time in working days
    Delivery times are shown in working days. International shipments may take longer due to processing, customs, or local delays.

  6. Check if your parcel is held at a pickup point
    Your parcel may be available for collection at a pickup point. This can appear in the tracking as “ready for pickup”, “held at depot”, or similar.

  7. Returned parcels
    If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected in time or due to an incorrect address, shipping costs will be charged again.
    Once the items are returned to us, we will contact you regarding the next steps.

Delivery Time Selection: We currently do not offer the option to select a specific date or time for your order's delivery. We process and ship orders promptly to ensure quick delivery.

Not Received Your Order?: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time , please check its tracking. For parcels stuck in sorting for several days or listed as delivered but not received, email us at support@anneday.nl with your order number, you must contact us within 48 hours, as after that we can no longer reliably investigate the shipment.

Missed Delivery: If you're not home during delivery, smaller parcels might be placed in your mailbox. For larger items, the courier will leave a note regarding the parcel's location, whether it was left with a neighbor or at a service point.

Pre-orders: Items available for pre-order will be delivered based on the date mentioned in the product description. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, a partial delivery might be initiated. The return period for pre-orders starts once you receive the product. 

Returns

Return Policy: Returning something? No problem, you can arrange it yourself in just a few clicks.

  1. Log in to your account using the email address you used to place your order and open your order overview.
  2. Click the Return button.
  3. Select the item(s) you’d like to send back and submit your request.
  4. You’ll receive a return form, pop it in the parcel together with your item(s).
  5. Send the parcel back using any carrier you prefer.

A few things to keep in mind:

• Items must be in their original condition.
• You have 30 days from the delivery date to send your return.
• Sale items can be returned for store credit only.
• Return shipping is at your own cost.

Sale Items: Products purchased on sale are eligible for return, but will be refunded with store credit instead of the original payment method.

Late Returns: Returns made after the 30-day period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

Return Processing: Once we've received and processed your return, we'll issue a refund. You'll receive an email confirmation within 2 weeks of us receiving your return. The refund will be processed to the original payment method (unless it's a sale item) and should reflect in your account within 5-10 days.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order on anneday.nl.
