After reviewing the video, our team can guide you if the pin only needs a tiny alignment adjustment. If it sits slightly too low, the adjustment may be gently upwards; if it sits too high, it may be gently downwards. Follow the direction confirmed for your hoop rather than guessing.
Only try this if you feel comfortable. Use a very small, gentle movement and stop if there is resistance or it doesn’t resolve the issue.
