We don’t automatically package every piece individually. Complimentary boxes and pouches depend on the types of products and the final order value after discounts.
Many earrings are sold per piece so you can mix and match. Ordering several single earrings doesn’t automatically mean each one receives a separate gift box.
If pieces are intended as separate gifts, leave a note with your order or contact our team before dispatch so we can check what is possible. Additional or separate gift packaging is not guaranteed.
If the order has already arrived and you need extra packaging, contact our team. Any additional packaging and shipping arrangement is reviewed for your case; a previous customer’s free-packaging offer does not automatically apply.
