We use a variety of materials, including stainless steel, silver and gold-plated finishes. Almost all hoops used for our single earrings are stainless steel, but there are product-specific exceptions.
The hoop, charm and other components can have different materials. Check the exact product and variant specifications, or ask our team about the piece you’re considering.
Individual sensitivity varies. We can’t guarantee that every material will suit every person, and we don’t describe every product as nickel-free.
If a piece causes irritation or discomfort, contact our team for individual review. Our regular return conditions apply to change-of-mind returns; a worn item or a quality issue needs a separate review.
