For an eligible non-sale return, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Sale items receive store credit only.
After we issue a payment refund, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display it. This is separate from our return-processing time.
If your return tracking shows delivery to us and more than three business days have passed without an update, contact us through our website support chat with the return tracking information. We’ll check the receipt and processing status.
