Order preparation comes before carrier delivery. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your item is dispatched.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items and you would like a partial shipment, contact our team so we can check the options for your order.
The standard return period starts on delivery: register and ship the return within 30 days of receiving the item. Sale-item returns receive store credit only.
