Many of our smaller parcels can be delivered through the mailbox, but the delivery method depends on the parcel and carrier.
If you’re not home, the carrier may use a mailbox, a neighbour or a pickup point. Check your tracking for the actual delivery location and any collection deadline.
If tracking says delivered but you can’t find the parcel, check the stated location and contact us promptly so our team can review it.
